For the NBA that works out to be about $50 mil. less than an average 1 year's worth of retail sales. <br /><br />Let's say excl. paint licensing for PSP only rates at a mere 1% of what the NBA is worth, then that's at least $156,000 per year. Empire would say have exclusive rights to selling paint at Dallas, GI at MAO and Dye at Riverside and at the end the three would reconcile sponsorships, etc... Is there that much variance in paint from event/manufacturer event to event to provide an advantage and warrant such a change?
