Makes Me Go Hmmm

Planet's blog page--later picked up by ProPaintball--is reporting Tyler Harmon from XSV to Impact. What I'd like to know, just because I'm a snoop, is Tyler bailing on XSV or did Bart or P-E do something for XSV in exchange? And how much of a player in some of these recent moves is P-E? Billy B. to Dynasty also first appeared on Planet's blog page. (July 28th)

To my knowledge don't the Propaintball guys just skim the net and draw their stories/rumors/info from multiple random sources and sites? ... If that is the case it makes sense to me the Eclipse would have it posted before them but maybe I'm wrong.

Generally that's not how they do it.

Is it common for sponsors to dictate who is playing for who? Aside from that, what could PE do for XSV, they are an alien team. There must be things at play that divisional players have no idea of.

Not to my knowledge which is why I found those items interesting. Big sponsors facilitate connecting U.S. players to play in the MS.

I could see PE "helping" the decision for Billy B. to move from Vicious to Dynasty. PE to PE

However, I'm not sure how they'd be involved in Tyler Harmon's move from XSV to Impact. Alien to PE. What I'd like to know is (and perhaps I missed it) will Harmon be playing with Impact for PSP and 7-man? Just PSP and stick with BLAST for 7-man?

I'd imagine it all comes down to a player being able to get more $$$ support to play, which influences their decision to play for the team they play for.

Tyler and Riley S. got into it after tyler went ape.. Ken Tsuda is leaving blast, Riley might have done the same. Tyler spliting ways with XSV was probably a mix of he and Riley not wanting to play together anymore and a grass is greener train of thought.

The question we should be asking is how much longer Bob is going to fund a pro team...only time will tell.
