In a playful mood Mr. C insisted VFTD guess what his question might be. The secret formula for KFC original fried chicken maybe? How 'bout 'What ... is the airspeed velocity of an unladen swallow?' Does anybody really believe the popular uprisings in assorted Middle Eastern states will result in some sort of egalitarian democracy?
No?
Cui bono perhaps? It seems Mr. Curious has some additional questions now that 68 Caliber has got the ball rolling. You know, the John Robinson interview? Try and keep up.

You see, Mr. C has heard a rumor or two. Word on the street is that WDP (or APS if you prefer) is willing to shop the IP related to the Angel--at a very reasonable price at that. If true, Mr. C can't help wondering what would happen if KEE purchased that too. It would give KEE almost every marker and hopper related patent across the industry. Would KEE (or anybody else) give up that kind of control?

The African or the European?
what is the "angel patent" exactly. If anybody feels like taking the time to explaint it would be pretty sweet.
The largest and broadest patent for electronics paintball markers is shared. Kee now own a peice of it. Angel hold another. This means (I think) that if Kee collect the royalties, a chunk of that then has to be sent to Angel.
Very interesting Missy Q - I never knew that about Angel - will have to ask the boys in the UK what's up with that...
if i could, I would burn the corpse of the dead, thoroughly kicked horse of Monty Python's worst work.
I hope kee buys the IP and finally cuts the Angel to 2 tubes, and puts some decent milling on the gun. livin' on a prayer.
papa chad
As Missy mentioned the IP in question is rather generic and covers principally various electronic functions. It isn't really about the Angel design--I just kinda shorthanded it.
The answer is, "A Duck"
