"If the PSP were serious about limiting paint use they would limit paint use." I'm just saying. (And incidentally you slackers aren't helping out much with this whole kewl quote of the day concept.)

Any kind of limitation is a gap where "cheaters" can engulf...
Limit the ROF, teams wil go above,
limit the paint teams will smuggle paint.
Here we have a 60 paintballs per game league that is supposed to be "no pressure" and guesss what some morrons are sneaking extra paint past marshalls

I don't think they want to limit paint use at all. I think they want people shooting as much paint as we can afford
And that's the sticky part, Bobcat. How much can the average team/player afford? The PSP is rightly concerned about keeping the game affordable for everybody, the league, the teams, the players, the vendors (sponsors) and it's a juggling act. We may not agree with the decisons taken--and I for one will say so--but I think most everybody agrees some things need to change.
